I've known the owner for a long time and her customer service is always over and beyond. she goes the extra length to make sure that her clients are satisfied. The hair is great, it's super soft and dyes extremely well. I would recommend this hair any day or the week and often get stopped regarding the way it holds a curl! Love it.
